The stairs weren't too bad (13 to a landing and then another 19) but wouldn't want to go higher got used to the stairs after a week.

Brian was incredibly responsive, installed the air conditioners, had a lamp repaired - highly recommend him and all communications. Enjoyed the restaurants and vibe in the UWS W 80's. We had a wonderful stay and we'd do it again (and hope to) as we love the neighborhood and access to Central Park, 16 min walk to the Met (how great is that), good subway access (around the corner B/C and 3 blocks to 1 train.
